Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Humphrey (she / her / hers) is an inspirational speaker and advocate for all people with disabilities. She is a Merakey Ambassador and an active member of Merakey’s: Diversity and Inclusion Council, Consumer Advocacy Group, Human Rights Committee, and Junior Board. Liz is involved with the Self Advocacy Power Network for All (SAPNA); is a trainee with Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND); and participated in the Competence and Confidence: Partners in Policymaking (C2P2). She has attended rallies in Harrisburg and met with legislators to advocate for Direct Support Professionals and an end to the DSP workforce crisis. Liz has an inspirational Facebook page, I Can’t Be Put Down, and aspires to advocate for the rights of others with disabilities
