Helen Falguera is Program Director of Partnership for Community Supports, a provider of intellectually disability supports coordination and infant and toddler early intervention service coordination based in Philadelphia, PA.
Alli Smale, Director of Employment Programs at KenCrest, has worked for 20 years helping youth and adults attain their career goals in the community and supporting them to develop self-advocacy and leadership skills. She enjoys developing new strategies for assisting people to build social capital and full participation in their communities.
