Brainstorming for Creative Person-Centered Solutions

Sometimes thinking differently is necessary. Most times because “we” become so immersed in supporting someone every day details are missed. Is there a person in your life that you support personally or professionally that you may want assistance in thinking differently particularly surrounding support? The “Networks Think-A-Thons” are just that – a group of folks coming together to talk about creative ideas to address issues of importance.

These four episodes in our Think-A-Thon series come to us from Networks’ Community and Organizational Supports team. The focus is on looking at our practices as an organization and determining if they are truly Person-Centered. The four topics looked at are:

  • How to Understand What People Really Want
  • Creative Funding
  • Dealing With Issues of Privacy
  • Everyday Actions We Can All Take
