Welcome to Trainers Bootcamp – The Virtual Edition!
If it’s been a while since you’ve had the “basics” of how to train others, but struggle to find the time to attend training, this offering is for you!
This interactive, on-demand course explores ways to keep participants engaged, learn about accessible teaching strategies, and earn another stripe as training professionals!
Come along as we explore ways to keep participants engaged, and introduce you to accessible teaching strategies. Training delivery has had to change to accommodate our changing world. Together we will explore how to develop solid curriculum and methods no matter what form our training takes – virtual, face-to-face, or a hybrid blend of the two.
Expected Outcome: Each participant will construct an actual training as they progress through the course. At the end of the course, each participant is expected to “present” their training to their instructor. For added feedback, participants may choose to invite others to their presentation.
If you have questions, or would like to speak with a specific instructor, please click on the HELP link at the bottom or top of the page. Office hours are Wednesdays,
Throughout the Course you will be asked to complete posts on the Trainers Guild Discussion Forum. Each Forum Assignment will have a direct link to the post, although you can reach Trainers’ Guild Forum HERE. Remember to respond to other posts you may find there.
NOTE:
Participants will be awarded 24 training hours upon completion of this course. Course requirements include completion of all assignments, discussion forum posts, readings, and video materials. All participants are required to complete a brief presentation at the conclusion of the course.
